The menu will offer the delicious, quality fare Eugene has been enjoying at Provisions and Marché for more than 25 years, with a mix of Marché bar classics and fresh Provisions pastry, sandwiches, salads and charcuterie. Students can stop for coffee and a snack on the way to class, faculty can meet up over a Marché burger for lunch or entertain a visiting colleague with a cocktail and a charcuterie board. Weekend brunches go all day, with beignets and bloody marys alongside classic egg plates. Located in the revitalized heart of UO on the storied 13th Street, Provisions Campus will be a bustling coffee shop and a neighborhood bistro.

Drink

In the morning the coffee menu will offer high-quality espresso drinks and more, appealing to both the serious barista and the classic coffee drinker. A careful selection of beer, cider and wine will be on hand to serve the after-work crowd. Classic cocktails will round out the offerings, while punches and handmade zero-proof cocktails will be on the docket for all ages.
