Safety & Health at Provisions

As the circumstances around us have evolved, we have added new protocols and policies to ensure the safety and health of staff and customers alike. As always, we strictly follow all Lane County Health Department regulations for safe food service, along with Oregon Health Authority recommendations for COVID safety and directives from Governor Brown.

All crew members wear masks at all times on the premises, and customers are required (by way of the statewide mandate) to wear masks indoors.

We do daily wellness checks for staff at the start of each shift, and have implemented increased-frequency handwashing protocols.

All HVAC units in the Marché Restaurant Group system have been upgraded to MERV-13 filters.

We sanitize tables and chairs between uses, have reoriented workspaces, retail display and seating areas alike to give us all room to move.

At the point of sale, we’ve switched to signature-free, touch-free transactions and have hand sanitizer available for both customers and crew.

Curbside pickup is available and easy, and we’re happy to shop for you over the phone if you need something from the shelves!

We welcome your feedback and suggestions, and assure you that we’re constantly looking for more ways to serve our community safely.

We hope you, your family and loved ones are staying healthy and well. We never anticipated the scope of the impact this pandemic would have on our lives. As we take steps to reopen and welcome everyone back, we are so grateful for the support you have shown us and small businesses in general. With every takeout meal, every gift card, every kind email, passionate post and shared resource, this community has come together with heart and integrity. We can’t tell you how much it has meant.
