Cheese wiz Sam Rollins and Sommelier Amanda Littmann are once again bringing a taste of Europe to you – this time from the Jardin de la France – the Loire Valley! The Loire River is the longest in France, and its shores feed an abundance of dairy animals and too many grapes to count. This class will pair traditional cheeses and wines from the Loire, while informing on the history of the valley, how to identify and pair regional products, and inspire you to participate in the Loire Valley Regional Dinner on May 31st at Marché. Join us! All participants must be pre-registered and pre-paid. Classes are non-refundable, but may be transferred.
