Sausage Making Class

Join Chef Rocky Maselli for a hands-on class in basic sausage making. He’ll cover how to choose ingredients, meat-to-fat ratios, tips for achieving the texture you want, proper seasoning, meat grinding and sausage stuffing–you’ll walk away armed with the knowledge you need to make sausages at home and a share of the deliciousness we make together during the class. When we’re done, we’ll fire up the grill and taste the results with a glass of something.
