Salami and cured meats are a favorite for connoisseurs and casual snackers alike. Steeped in history and tradition, there is something comforting and primal about salty, rich meats on your plate. Join our specialty food guru, Sam Rollins, as we showcase and discuss amazing domestic examples of Italian classics. What is food without wine? Our resident wine expert, Amanda Littmann, will be pouring lambrusco, the legendary, underrated sparkling red that’s amazing with cured meats, along with some other fun surprises. Join us!
