France is a country with many different regional cuisines. Bordering countries, climate, agriculture, and personal tastes create a unique terroir in each region that goes so far as even to influence its sweet baking and desserts.This class will showcase a selection of some of the classic pastries and desserts of France. Led by internationally celebrated pastry chef, teacher and author Nick Malgieri, this 3-hour class will be a truly exceptional opportunity to see a master in action and learn from one of the greats.
