What is raw food all about, anyway? We’re excited to find out with this basic workshop from local raw food entrepreneur Sarid Ditton. Over a delicious, balanced 6-course meal, she’ll talk about the benefits of raw food, demonstrate some cooking techniques and explore her approach to the raw food movement– from the fundamental ideas behind it to menu planning and preparing meals at home. Come taste and learn about how satisfying and dynamic raw food can be!
