Nose to Tail Blackboard Dinner with Rocky

Join chef Rocky Maselli for a nose-to-tail dinner from the demo kitchen in Provisions. Wine guy Scott Wiskur will offer wines to pair with the meal and Rocky will be on hand to talk as he cooks, focusing this time on Italian methods for exploring the delicious-but-more obscure parts of the beasts we eat. Seating is very limited for what promises to be a delicious, memorable meal. Andiamo!
