Join Health Coach Meg Orion for a fun, informative, hands-on class about simple household fermentation pickling and the benefits of eating a diet rich in probiotic food. We’ll cover sauerkraut, a basic kimchi, simple equipment and some classic resources for taking things to the next level at home. You’ll come away with some solid basics and your own jar of kraut to ferment at home in a nifty counter-top kit.
