Come learn how the pros use the kitchen’s most important tool: the chef’s knife. Marché chef Rocky Maselli will be leading this hands-on class, full of techniques and tips to help you learn precision, speed, safety and simple knife care. 

Participants will each come away with a Shun Classic 8” chef’s knife and a new understanding of these essential skills.
