Come experience how chefs shop and create a meal around market-driven produce. Join chefs Isaiah Martinez and Linda Harding for an experiential day at the farmer’s market. Meet us at the market, learn the best way to select fresh produce and how to strategize a multi-course meal. After that we will head back to the demo kitchen and make a delicious meal inspired by the best local produce in season. Registration fee includes a stroll through the market & a meal.
