Cooking Class: Stick to your Ribs

The days are getting longer, and you can almost smell the grilling season upon us. Join specialty food buyer–and demo chef– Joe Randazzo as he helps prepare you for barbeque season. Joe will be demonstrating prepping meat ribs, marinating or dry rubbing and smoking on your stovetop. He will share some of his BBQ sauce recipes and a delicious side or two from one of our favorite cookbooks, Six Seasons. Joe will be offering a combination of helpful advice on the best cuts of meat, shopping strategies & loads of tasty food.
