Cooking Class: Chinese Noodles with Owen Griffin

Meet Owen Griffin, the newest member of our culinary team.  Owen is the sous chef in Provisions and brings with him a deep background in Asian cooking. For this class, he will be demonstrating how to make biang biang noodles–wide, thick hand-pulled wheat flour noodles–accompanied by a traditional tomato-egg sauce. Join Owen for dinner, watch him make noodle magic and learn about this homey Chinese comfort food.
