Sara will be here to showcase her new book, Secrets of Great Second Meals. Learn to cook smarter, save time and money, and enjoy great meals crafted from leftovers in this practical and creative cookbook that teaches you to plan and prepare great “second meals.” PMH specialty food buyer and demo chef Joe Randazzo will be assisting Sara, as they prepare some of her favorite recipes from the book, talk in depth about great food and share a tasty meal. Wine pairings will be available for purchase.
