Celebrate Oregon Cider Week with us! We’re collaborating with new kids on the block, Blossom Barn Cidery, for an open-kitchen dinner with carefully paired dishes and amazing pear (perry) cider just off the production line. The proprietors will be on hand to talk production methods, flavor profiles and more along with a dinner by Marché Chef de Cuisine Trevor Rivera.
