Marché pastry chef, Amy Mirate, and her team will guide you through the fundamentals of baking in this fun new series of cooking classes: Baking Building Blocks. From flaky pie pastry to silky chocolate ganache, she’ll lead you through the steps to mastering the basics of her craft. These classes are lecture/observation based, with some hands-on opportunities along the way. You’ll learn how to approach and execute any baking recipe with the skill and confidence of a pro as you discover how to work with simple baking ingredients and tools. This class will focus on biscuits and scones.
Space is limited to 10 students per class, so sign up for one at a time or go big and do them all— but spots will fill quickly, so register now.
