We make an incredible assortment of cookies, chocolates and individual desserts for our bakery case each day-and we’re happy to make them for you by the dozen, if you give us a little notice (36 hours is good; 48 hours is even better).

Part of the beauty of living in this bountiful region is the evolving cast of ingredients we have available to us. Our pastry chefs are always on the lookout for gorgeous fruit, local cheeses and nuts to provide inspiration for creative seasonal desserts.
In the fall, we’ll be making glorious apple and pear tarts. Spring brings fresh local strawberries, summer is a wealth of peaches, berries and melon, and we’re reminded of incredible nuts, cranberries and citrus flavors in the winter. Come by the store or call us to see what the season has brought! We always use organic flour, fresh local eggs, milk, nuts and fruit – not to mention premium European chocolate.
